We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Event Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of attention to detail, the ability to plan and execute a variety of corporate events, a strong understanding of event marketing strategies for B2B companies, and the passion to create incredible brand experiences that drive business results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute a variety of corporate events for clients, including: trade shows, conferences, and field marketing events.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans for each event, including pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities.

  • Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with event vendors, suppliers, and sponsors to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Monitor and report on event and marketing campaign performance, including attendance, engagement, and ROI.

  • Build, grow and nurture relationships with Planwells customers

  • Work with teams and companies across different industries. 

  • Travel will be required for some events

Qualifications:

We are looking for more than just qualifications, the ability to be coachable, willingness to learn, and to have fun are equally important qualities for the ideal candidate!

  • Passion for creating amazing experiences

  • 1-2 years of event marketing experience (specifically, experience planning trade shows, webinars, field marketing events, and user conferences)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage client relationships

  • Experience working in high-growth, B2B start-up environments

  • Comfortable working with remote teams

  • You're organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
